Mr. deBeaumont focuses on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, provides commentary on financial aspects of sales and purchase agreements and assists with post-closing transaction support. He has industry experience across industrial manufacturing, consumer goods, transportation and logistics and automotive markets.

Mr. deBeaumont has assisted with both small and large due diligence projects, as well as carve-outs for a range of companies and industries across numerous markets.

Mr. deBeaumont has led buy-side and sell-side engagements for transportation and logistics companies throughout the United States.
