Mike Rosenthall

Mike Rosenthall joined FTI Consulting in October 2024 as our Associate General Counsel and was appointed by the Board as Corporate Secretary later that year.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mike served as the Associate General Counsel of a publicly traded real estate technology company headquartered in Washington, D.C., in the Corporate groups of international law firms, and in the SEC‘s Division of Corporation Finance.

Mike earned his bachelor‘s degree from Tulane University, his J.D./M.B.A. from American University, and his LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center. He serves as an adjunct professor at Tulane University Law School and Georgetown University Law Center.
