Stuart McIvor, an accredited member of the Academy of Experts, brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on delay analysis for claims, disputes and expert witness matters. Stuart has acted as a delay expert in numerous litigation and international arbitration cases, including under the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”), where he has provided oral testimony, undergone cross-examination and participated in hot tubbing sessions, where multiple experts present concurrent evidence.

Stuart leverages his robust planning background to assist and advise clients on delay issues in construction and engineering projects. He also offers guidance on preparing master programmes, updating and reviewing them, managing time risks and conducting extension of time assessments.

Stuart’s expertise covers major construction projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. His extensive experience includes work on nuclear power plants, oil and gas facilities, commercial buildings, schools, railways, marine ports, airports, stadiums, highways and bridges.
