Wai Hoi Tsang

Wai Hoi Tsang is a Managing Director and Head of the Corporate Reputation practice in Brussels. Wai Hoi is a specialist in global and regional communications campaigns and advises clients on reputational strategies, covering global and European media relations, social media, narrative and messaging, content and storytelling, rebranding and crisis or issues management.

Over the years, Wai Hoi has gained experience working with corporates on reputation management, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 multinational corporations (“MNCs”) and not-for-profits. He has counseled clients and brands during critical business transformations, from the launch of new verticals and rebrands to leadership changes and M&A. As a consultant, Wai Hoi has worked with leading brands in the technology, finance, energy and logistics industries, including Google, Amazon, TikTok, LinkedIn, Samsung, IBM, Mastercard and FedEx.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Wai Hoi worked in Singapore for one of the top 10 best-funded start-ups in the world, as well as PR agencies in Hong Kong and Belgium. Wai Hoi also served as a city councilor in Lier, Belgium and as an assistant to the Belgian Consul General in Hong Kong. Having worked in Hong Kong, Singapore and Belgium, Wai Hoi’s experience brings together a global outlook with strategic thinking and end-to-end execution.
