Matched funding
Every employee benefits from up to A$725 in matched funding per year for causes they care about.

Volunteering
Every employee has eight FTI Consulting–sponsored volunteering hours per year, which they can use to volunteer at an organisation in their local community or during one of the volunteering drives arranged at their office.

Pro-bono work
We encourage our professionals to provide skilled pro bono work to charities each year – a great way to give back while using their skills and expertise.
