About Enoch
Enoch Minn has more than 25 years of experience in M&A advisory, focused on the consumer private equity sector. During this time, Mr. Minn has led over 300 commercial due diligence efforts, across both buy-side and sell-side. He has developed revenue growth strategies and assessed brand strengths and capabilities across a $1 trillion taxonomy of consumer spend. Additionally, he has executed various value creation opportunities to realize investment theses and partner with management to drive continued growth.
Mr. Minn specializes in commercial due diligence, buy-side and sell-side, across capabilities including market, risk, competitive landscape and channel assessments, as well as risk and growth drivers, consumer segmentation, voice of consumer, share shift, shopping behaviors and growth potential. He brings deep expertise across the retail and consumer products landscape, with particular depth in beauty and personal care, food and beverage, apparel and accessories, home goods, pet, multi-unit concepts and consumer-oriented services.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Minn helped lead EY-Parthenon’s Retail & Consumer Products Private Equity practice for more than 10 years. Preceding EY-Parthenon, he worked with L.E.K. Consulting, where he developed strategic growth plans and provided strategic investment advisory for consumer and retail clients. Mr. Minn started his career as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs, advising clients and investors across a variety of consumer sectors.
Relevant Experience:
- Led global sell-side commercial diligence for a leading consumer packaged goods brand; evaluated global markets for category stability and risk; assessed retail buyer investment in category; evaluated voice of consumer in purchase decisions, shopping behavior and brand loyalty; and developed a global growth model identifying and quantifying priorities to drive market share gains
- Led buy-side commercial diligence for a franchised, multi-unit branded concept; assessed underlying competitive landscape to assess sustainable differentiation; evaluated the addressable market to understand market positioning and growth drivers; and gained consumer feedback on drivers of spend, satisfaction and loyalty
- Led the development of a strategic growth plan for a leading direct-to-consumer brand; evaluated consumer journey from discover to trial and adoption; and assessed capabilities to expand into physical channels and product adjacencies
