Jayshree Shah works with both private equity and corporate clients, providing support across the deal cycle. She has extensive experience in strategy, carve-out, commercial and operational diligence, rapid cost reduction, merger integration and operating model design, across multiple industries.
Prior to FTI Consulting, Jayshree was the Head of European Strategy for a US-headquartered digital interactions business, where she was a key member of the leadership team and responsible for driving growth in the European footprint. She led strategy development and implementation across four key verticles (Banking and Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, TMT and Automotive).
Jayshree has also spent a significant portion of her career working in deals consulting. She spent over eight years working in EY’s Operational Transaction Services Practice and PwC’s Delivering Deal Value team. Prior to this Jayshree spent over eight years working in the Pharmaceutical Industry in a variety of roles encompassing sales, strategy, M&A and business intelligence.
Extensive hands-on experience in the Healthcare & Lifesciences sector and a strong scientific background means that Jayshree has a good understanding of the commercial, operational, technical and regulatory challenges that such business face.
Jayshree holds an M.B.A. from Edinburgh Business School, as well as a B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. in Chemistry. She is ABPI and PRINCE 2 qualified.
