FTI Consulting Provides Financial Due Diligence Services to PSG Equity on Acquisition of Sofia Développement by Corlius N.V.

London, 22 January 2025 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) advised PSG Equity on financial due diligence for the acquisition of Sofia Développement, a French practice management software provider, by Corlius N.V., a Belgium healthcare software provider backed by PSG Equity and Rivean Capital.

The combined strength of the two companies creates a European platform serving more than 70,000 healthcare practitioners in Belgium and France, and a foundation for future growth across Europe.
