Fabian Binöder

Fabian Binoeder is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance practice in the DACH market and based in Munich. Mr. Binoeder offers more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry focused on restructuring and transactions.

Mr. Binoeder has experience within a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, medical service providers (in- and outpatient), homecare and healthcare authorities. He also serves clients in the private equity sector.

Mr. Binoeder is part of the DACH Corporate Finance team of FTI-Andersch. He and his team are responsible for the healthcare and life sciences business. Mr. Binoeder provides advisory services in restructuring, transaction, modelling, due diligence (commercial and financial), planning, target search and market screening. In his daily business, he delivers solutions to the entire range of players and stakeholders in the healthcare and life science sector.

Relevant Experience:

• Provided transaction support to more than 40 transactions in the healthcare and life science sector in a range between $10 million to $2 billion
• Provided restructuring and turnaround support for various companies especially in medical service providing companies (in- and outpatient)
• Various strategy projects across the industry in medical devices, service providing, pharmaceuticals/materials (e.g., implant manufacturer) and medical logistics
• Large value creation programs in private equity-baked portfolio companies with an annual EBITDA effect of up to $30 million
