Dr. Luise von Massow

Dr. Luise von Massow has more than 12 years of professional experience and is recognized as an expert in corruption prevention, compliance, combating white-collar crime and internal auditing, particularly in the public sector. Luise is equally valued by public institutions and government clients for her in-depth expertise and practical advice.

With many years of experience as a consultant for federal and state authorities, publicly owned companies, international organisations and foreign governments, Luise brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the specific challenges facing the public sector.

Luise advises public clients on the advancement of governance and control systems, the prevention of corruption and fraud and the development of effective compliance and integrity mechanisms. In particular, she focuses on the early detection and prevention of non-compliance, increasing the efficiency of processes and supporting transformation efforts in light of changing legal and social requirements. She incorporates current technological developments, as well as proven methods from the field of public sector governance. Another focus of her work is the conduct of fact-based special investigations to systematically and objectively shed light on specific suspicious cases or weaknesses in the control system and to derive robust recommendations for further action.

Luise holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Universität Duisburg-Essen on the topic of integrity in international relations and an M.Sc. in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (“LSE”), as well as a B.A. in Business Administration from HTWG Konstanz.
