Mark Nix

Mark Andre Nix is a specialist in leading business transformation and enhancing operational performance. With 11 years of consulting experience, Mark has successfully completed over 70 projects in performance improvement and corporate strategy. His expertise is particularly focused on the Industrial Goods sector.

Mark guides corporate and private equity firms in their journey toward becoming high-performance organizations. He creates strategic visions, enhances operational efficiencies and redesigns both direct and indirect areas. Additionally, he leads restructuring and organizational redesign efforts.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mark was a manager at Porsche Consulting, where he guided consultant and customer teams, handled project acquisition, personnel selection and method development for operations and sales organizations. He worked as a scientist at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology and Automation, focusing on process innovation and employee motivation. Before that, he held various positions at Continental AG in Germany and China.
