Dr. Martin Schneider

Dr. Martin Schneider is a Senior Managing Director at FTI-Andersch. Martin’s professional focus is on the identification and implementation of performance improvement measures as well as the management of complex turnaround projects. Moreover, he serves as executive interim manager. For example, as Chief Restructuring Officer (“CRO”) he guided the restructuring process of a leading German retail company.

At FTI-Andersch, Martin serves as the contact for interim management and private equity.

Martin’s main focus is on the retail and consumer goods, automotive and manufacturing sectors.

Prior to joining FTI-Andersch, Martin worked for a global restructuring firm and the restructuring department of a Big Four company.

Martin holds a Ph.D. degree and a diploma from HHL-Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
