Victoria Strachwitz

Victoria Strachwitz is an expert in change management and change communications, leadership, and organisational development. She joined FTI Consulting in 2010, having previously worked as a corporate broker and investor relations advisor in London. She has a strong financial background and substantial experience in merger and acquisition transactions and initial public offerings.

Victoria advises a range of clients in business transformations and organisational developments, helping them prepare for and navigate change. In this role, she advises and works at the intersection of senior leadership, communications and human resources.

Victoria's reference projects include the introduction and implementation of shared services at multinational companies, culture evolution and organisational effectiveness programmes, and carve-outs and merger integrations.

Victoria holds an M.B.A. in business management (TU Berlin) and a B.A. in economics (Ruprecht-Karls University Heidelberg). During university, she was a trainee at Commerzbank AG in its global client relationship management teams in Germany and the UK.
