Our mining team delivers a wide range of services centered around our core offerings: financial advisory, investment banking, transactions, and turnaround & restructuring.

Our senior professionals have vast experience in driving successful turnarounds and restructurings in the mining sector, helping to stabilize finances and operations and enhance value. For clients in crisis, we develop liquidity forecasts, improve cash flow management, analyze and develop business plans, evaluate strategic alternatives, obtain additional financing, provide negotiation assistance and guide complex debt restructurings.
