Charlotte Leeman

Charlotte Leeman is a Senior Director at FTI Consulting and Co-Lead of the Brussels Crisis team. Charlotte specializes in crisis communications management and advises clients on a wide range of crisis issues, including complex cybersecurity incidents and data breaches. During these incidents, she helps companies develop tailored communications strategies to mitigate reputational impact, addressing all aspects of the response — from internal communications and stakeholder engagement to media engagement and breach notifications in multiple jurisdictions.

Charlotte has supported clients from a broad range of industries, including global real estate companies, leading logistical firms and major software organizations. She also helps companies develop and refine their crisis management plans and procedures, followed by training sessions, simulations and live exercises to ensure they are effectively implemented and continuously improved.

Charlotte holds an LL.M. from the University of Ghent. She is a natural communicator in English, French, Spanish and Dutch.
