Jean-Werner de T’Serclaes

Jean-Werner de T’Serclaes serves as Co-Chairman of the Europe, Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”) region at FTI Consulting and sits on the firm’s global Executive Committee. He has more than 25 years of crises and transformation experience working in a wide range of industries across the globe with a specific edge in financial services.

Throughout his career in consulting, Jean-Werner has been responsible for advising on large-scale transformations, complex turnaround projects and major disruptions. He has worked with clients globally including in Europe, Latin America and the US.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Jean-Werner was a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where he led the Financial Services practice for Europe, the Middle East, South America and Africa and served on the France and European Management Committees.
