FTI Consulting was engaged by a newly carve-out company acquired by a PE fund to reinforce its Finance function. Indeed, the company was facing serious challenges in producing reliable financial information, eroding trust with all stakeholders.

Our Impact:
  • The Client produced reliable, timely financial information (P&L, cashflows, value creation, etc.) for critical moments with its lenders and rating agencies.
  • The Client implemented a new, more efficient Finance operating model with new monitoring tools.
  • The Client acquired a cash culture and a sprint culture.

Our Role:

  • Experts have been involved in piloting the Company’s value creation plan initiatives into current and prospective EBITDA gains.
  • Our team has acted as Transformation PMO, taking an active role in the rationalisation and implementation of actions and initiatives structuring the Finance Function.
  • Specialists have developed a cash forecast model using the indirect method, including a module providing a historical and detailed analysis of the company’s WCR.
