A $1.1 billion concentrated solar power (“CSP”) plant encountered operations issues that put a long-term U.S. Department of Energy contract at risk and threatened revenues. The client engaged FTI Consulting to assume all management roles, conduct a project status review and turn the plant around.
Identifying, addressing and resolving issues from project cost, scope and schedule, to operations, maintenance and contractor management to meet the Department of Energy contract.
