Senior Life Sciences Expert Marion Bossy Joins FTI Consulting’s Transformation Practice in France
Paris, 6 January 2026 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of life sciences expert Marion Bossy as a Managing Director in the firm’s Transformation practice.
Ms. Bossy, who is based in Paris, has consultancy and in-house experience advising senior management teams in the pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare technology sectors. Her cross-functional leadership expertise includes advising on research and development, innovation and portfolio management across the product lifecycle, from commercial strategy, regulatory compliance and global market rollout to late-stage due diligence to support asset acquisitions and licensing. In her role at FTI Consulting, Ms. Bossy will support clients’ strategic decisions and programme execution across areas such as drug discovery, development and launches.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Bossy was Global Head of Real World Evidence at Sophia Genetics, a global provider of data-driven medicine, where she led company-wide medical strategy and the use of clinical evidence from its headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. She previously worked as an Associate Partner at McKinsey, advising clients on a wide range of global clinical development programmes.
