Aili Huang

Aili Huang is a Managing Director within FTI Consulting’s Transaction Services practice based in New York. Ms. Huang specializes in providing comprehensive due diligence for buyers, sellers and lenders, helping clients navigate the complexities of the risk/return spectrum.

Ms. Huang’s transaction advisory practice spans the full deal lifecycle. For buy-side engagements, she focuses on the quality of earnings and assets, cash flow forecasts and working capital analysis to uncover hidden financial risks. On the sell-side, she provides robust entity evaluations — including quality of earnings, forward-looking cost structure analysis and working capital requirements — to ensure balance sheet integrity and clear forward-looking financial structures. Post-transaction, she advises clients on merger integration, streamlining financial reporting and accounting to support a seamless post-close transition.

Ms. Huang’s transaction experience spans diverse sectors, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing and construction.

Before her tenure at FTI Consulting, Ms. Huang served in Deloitte’s Toronto-based Assurance and Advisory practice, where she supported a broad client portfolio ranging from real estate to technology.

Ms. Huang studied math and accounting at the University of Waterloo and completed the M.Acc. program.
