Alan Boyko

Alan Boyko has more than 20 years of experience in providing financial advisory, interim management, liquidity management and restructuring services to corporations and various creditor classes of underperforming companies. Mr. Boyko’s breadth of experience spans multiple industry segments, including mining, manufacturing, automotive, financial services, real estate, healthcare and food beverage.

Mr. Boyko’s recent notable experience includes acting as financial advisor to an international outdoor retail company, which resulted in a significant improvement in working capital, as well as serving as Co-Chief Transformation Officer (“CTO”) of a domestic beverage manufacturer.

Mr. Boyko has led and managed a wide range of engagements ranging from very small companies to multibillion-dollar companies, and in these advisory roles, provided services including the development of contract and product profitability models and analysis; revamped monthly financial planning and analysis (“FP&A”) reporting templates and dashboards; the development and implementation of cost savings plans; financial modeling of segment-level financial performance; and cost-benefit of analysis of proposed strategic initiatives.

Previously, Mr. Boyko was named a Top Emerging Leader by The M&A Advisor and a Top 50 Rising Star Dealmaker by Global M&A Network.
