Alistair Mackenzie

Alistair Mackenzie is a specialist in financial due diligence with more than 20 years of experience assisting private equity houses and infrastructure funds with corporate transactions. Alistair has worked extensively with financial sponsors on buy-side, sell-side and refinancing exercises, advising on the financial aspects of Sales and Purchase Agreements, to support both funds and portfolio companies.

Alistair has performed financial diligence across many industry sectors and geographies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, focusing more recently on transactions in the telecommunications, media, leisure, software and technology sectors. He has worked with many large and mid-market private equity funds and infrastructure funds such as Providence Equity Partners, TDR Capital, Aleph Capital and Antin Infrastructure.

Prior to joining FTI, Alistair spent 17 years in KPMG’s Transaction Services business in London. He has spent time during his career working in Glasgow, London and Johannesburg.
