Andrew Munzberg

Andrew has a global portfolio of business transformation experience, having led strategic and complex change programmes for organisations in the UK, US, Latin America, Europe and Asia across a range of sectors including insurance, retail banking and information technology.

Andrew typically works with clients who are looking to develop and implement new operating models or who have a specific challenge to be addressed including strategic cost reduction, acquisition integration, business performance improvement or technology implementation.

Prior to consulting, Andrew worked within the information technology sector and was responsible for implementing several significant technology-based projects. He has also acted in a line management role as the interim Head of Global Operations for a UK based financial services organisation.

As an experienced transformation leader, Andrew builds quality relationships with clients and has a genuine interest in developing the capabilities of internal client teams. His recent work includes leading acquisition and integration programmes, target operating model development, organisational restructures and the establishment of Shared Service functions. He also has extensive experience of process re-engineering technologies and Lean Six Sigma/continuous improvement methods and tools.
