Anton Chernousenko

Anton Chernousenko is a Senior Managing Director and specialises in providing financial due diligence for private equity clients, with a focus on large- and mid-cap leveraged buyouts. Mr. Chernousenko has more than 15 years of experience in transaction services, due diligence, financial analysis and audit.

Mr. Chernousenko's recent experience includes advising Vitruvian Partners on its acquisitions of Meriplex (managed service provider ("MSP"), United States), Outpost24 (cybersecurity, Nordics), Expereo (MSP, Netherlands), Azul Systems (software, United States), Fotona (healthcare devices, Slovenia/United States/China) , KCAS (pharma services, United States), on its investments in Twinkl (edtech, UK), xPansiv (exchange, Australia), ClimatePartner (tech platform, Germany) and Enfuce (fintech, Finland) and on their disposals of Voxbone (telecoms, Belgium) and Phlexglobal (pharma services, UK). Mr Chernousenko supported Five Arrows Growth Capital on their investment in Kpler (data platform, France) and IPI Partners on their acquisition of Safehost (data centres, Switzerland).

In addition to the above clients Mr. Chernousenko has advised Cinven, Providence Equity Partners, KKR, GIC, TPG, Searchlight Capital Partners and IK Investment Partners in the TMT, travel and leisure, business services, education, industrials and healthcare sectors.
