Astha Shrivastava

Astha Shrivastava is a Managing Diretor within the Transaction Services team. Astha has more than 10 years of experience in due diligence and mid-market investment banking, in India and the UK. Her expertise lies in advising private equity clients on buy-side and sell-side engagements, including carve-outs, platform deals, bolt-ons and public-to-private transactions.

Astha specialises in financial due diligence and has advised several mid-market and large private equity clients on numerous transactions across the Telecom, Media & Technology, Industrial & Consumer Products and Education sectors.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Astha worked for EY’s deal advisory practice in India, where she had the opportunity to work on various mid-market deals in the consumer and industrial products space.
