Bruce D. Graham

Bruce Graham is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Trial & Arbitration Support practice. With more than 30 years of experience supporting trials in state and federal courts, Mr. Graham has worked on trials covering a wide variety of subjects, including intellectual property, product liability and environmental matters.

Mr. Graham works closely with attorneys and expert witnesses to develop strategies for communicating technical and complex subject matter to juries in easy-to-follow visual narratives. Using state-of-the-art courtroom presentation technology, he integrates a comprehensive variety of demonstrative materials including color graphics, photo enhancements, video depositions and computer animation.

Mr. Graham regularly consults on product liability litigation involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals and consumer products. He also frequently consults on patent infringement trials in California, Delaware and Texas, and on a variety of other general civil litigation subject matters.

Mr. Graham holds a B.A in Liberal Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
