Dalius Budvytis

Dalius Budvytis is a member of FTI Capital Advisors LLC (“FTICA”), FTI Consulting’s wholly-owned investment banking subsidiary. Mr. Budvytis brings more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and strategic advisory, of which more than 12 years targeted telecom, media and technology (“TMT”) and infrastructure investments in high-growth and frontier markets.

In 2008, Mr. Budvytis joined the TMT strategy consulting and investment banking business Delta Partners, which was integrated into FTI Consulting’s TMT practice in 2020, as part of the founding team of the investment banking business. Prior to that, Mr. Budvytis was with the Transactions and M&A team of PwC.

Throughout his career, Mr. Budvytis has advised on transactions for strategic and financial investors, including the leading TMT names in the Middle East, Africa and Asia, and situations covering M&A, fundraising, carve-outs and a broad range of strategic advisory topics.

Mr. Budvytis holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and B.S. from Vilnius University and is a former Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant.
