Didier Simons

Didier was part of BOLD, which was recently acquired by FTI Consulting, since 2014. He is an experienced investment banker with broad international experience in corporate lending, leveraged finance and financial restructuring.

Didier's restructuring experience includes corporate, real estate, leveraged and project finance transactions in many countries. Before joining BOLD, Didier worked at Commerzbank, ABN AMRO and The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Didier speaks multiple languages and is often involved in international projects in Germany and France. He brings local business and restructuring experience to clients. Besides his role of advisor for the management teams, he has extensive knowledge and understanding of the lender community.
