Edmund Tedeschi

Edmund Tedeschi specializes in due diligence and back-up manager services related to esoteric asset-backed securities transactions. Mr. Tedeschi has more than 20 years of diverse business experience, including transaction services and restructuring. He has represented both debtors and creditors in formal bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings, serving as an expert witness and providing other advisory services.

Mr. Tedeschi has led the upfront diligence on over 70 securitizations and currently serves as the lead Back-Up Manager in numerous whole business securitizations including Planet Fitness, SESAC, Massage Envy, Jersey Mikes, Servpro, Orangetheory, Goddard Schools, among others.

Mr. Tedeschi’s clients have included public and private companies in various industries, including restaurants, retail, office supplies, video gaming, insurance, manufacturing, leasing, telecom, energy, music and entertainment, telecom, healthcare and life sciences, airlines, retail and consumer products, banking, insurance, oil and gas, among others.
