Fede Membrillera

After more than 30 years working among the telecommunications, media and technology (“TMT”) industry’s strategic players and financial sponsors, Fede Membrillera now serves as Global Co-Lead at FTI Capital Advisors, the Investment Banking arm of FTI Consulting.

Fede began his career at Andersen Corporate Finance, where he was exposed to multi-industry transactions working for both strategic and financial sponsors across Europe. He then moved to Cluster Consulting, which became Diamond Cluster, where he advised telecom operators, global equipment manufacturers and IT service providers globally. Federico joined Delta Partners in 2006 where he was involved in building their strategy consulting business. In 2010 he was asked to take over Delta Partners Corporate Finance, the investment banking business of Delta Partners. Fede helped position the firm as a leading TMT corporate finance player. He has been a lead advisor on M&A, restructuring and financing situations across TMT in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia.

Fede received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Barcelona. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is conversational in French.
