Francesco Bardoni

Francesco Bardoni is a Senior Managing Director within FTI Consulting’s Transaction Services. Francesco has extensive experience in the M&A sector, having advised high-profile private equity houses and corporates on large, complex transactions across multiple sectors and jurisdictions, both on the buy- and vendor-side, including carve-outs, platform deals, bolt-ons, public-to-private and independent business reviews (“IBRs”) .

Francesco specialises in financial due diligence. In his more than 12 years as a private equity transactions specialist, Francesco has led numerous deals across a broad range of industries, including TMT, education, business services, consumer, retail and industrials.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Francesco worked for the Transaction Services team of PwC in Milan. Before that, he served as Finance Director at his family’s business, engaged in the construction industry in Italy.

Francesco holds a B.B.A. from Bocconi University and an M.M.B. from LIUC University.
