Gemma Doyle

Gemma Doyle is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting. She is a member of the Strategic Communications practice specialising in Public Affairs and is based in London.

Gemma was a UK Member of Parliament from 2010-2015 and served on the Energy and Climate Change Select Committee before being appointed as a Shadow Defence Minister. She has worked in the Scottish Parliament and internationally, training politicians around the world. Gemma has over two decades of experience of operating in political and public policy environments.

Gemma works with clients in a number of sectors including defence and security, financial services, telecommunications and leisure. As a former politician, she offers unique insight into political decision making. Gemma is a Trustee of the Foreign Policy Centre and appeared before the Women and Equalities Select Committee during the inquiry 'Women in the House of Commons'. She was named one of the top 100 Women in Westminster in 2021. Outside of work, she is Chair of her local constituency Labour Party and a member of the London Labour Regional Board.

Gemma holds an M.A., in European Civilisation from the University of Glasgow.
