Gero Güllmeister

Gero Güllmeister has more than 20 years of experience in the business transformation and strategy industry and has worked extensively across a variety of sectors.

Gero has been part of the FTI-Andersch management team since 2012. His expertise is in the creation, implementation and control of complex restructuring and efficiency improvement programmes.

Gero’s industry focus is on manufacturing, in particular mechanical and plant engineering, as well as automotive suppliers.

Gero worked for the restructuring department of a leading global auditing company in Germany for six years, most recently as a manager. Before beginning his career as a consultant, he studied in Berlin and the United States.
