Hein has been involved in financial restructurings (as advisor and statutory director), onsite CFO advisory roles and carve-out M&A transactions.

Prior to joining BOLD in 2015, which was recently acquired by FTI Consulting, Hein worked in RBS’ Restructuring team involved in the restructuring, negotiation, and execution of complex distressed lending across the European continent, and at ABN AMRO in the M&A execution team. He started his career with Loyens&Loeff in their international corporate tax law practice.
