Iain Graham

Iain Graham is a Senior Managing Director in the Turnaround & Restructuring Services practice within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment. He is based in London.

Iain has over 16 years of experience providing restructuring and insolvency advice across complex multi-creditor restructuring situations and performing strategic business reviews. Iain has extensive experience successfully advising and managing stakeholders across various sectors and has worked on numerous high-profile distressed situations in the market, including AMPNI (Aegean), Interserve PLC, Noble Group, Stemcor Group, Cory Environmental, FCC Environmental, Royal Imtech N.V., Biffa Group, McCarthy & Stone, Lehman Brothers and Northern Rock.

Recent senior lender work includes advising the working capital providers to AMPNI (Aegean), a U.S.-listed bunkering business, in relation to their restructuring negotiations and ultimate successful exit from the situation.

Iain holds a B.A. in International Management from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. He is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and the Joint Insolvency Examinations Board.
