Ivayla Petrova

Ivayla Petrova is a Senior Director in FTI Consulting’s Construction, Projects & Assets practice and is based in Madrid. Mrs. Petrova has more than 15 years of construction and project management experience and is specialized in the real estate, infrastructure and industrial sectors. She is experienced in managing international projects, having worked in Europe, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.

Mrs. Petrova has managed multiple transformation projects for industrial plants in the chemicals, pharmaceuticals and food sectors and has significant experience leading procurement and contract management for large construction projects. She has also acted as an expert witness in numerous international arbitration proceedings related to industrial and real estate projects. Additionally, she collaborates on forensic analyses and investigations within international and domestic arbitration proceedings.

Mrs. Petrova has been a Professor of Project Management at the Comillas University in Madrid since 2017.
