Jacqueline Sinclair

Jacquie Sinclair has more than 18 years’ formal corporate and personal insolvency experience including forensic and litigation support and preparing investigating accountants’ reports.

Jacquie has worked on well over 100 formal insolvency appointments, reporting directly to the appointee. She has experience in all types of formal corporate and personal insolvency as well as providing accounting support in litigations and investigating accountant’s reports.

Jacquie is primarily responsible for the conduct and setting of strategy on external administration files including reporting to and managing expectations of various stakeholders often with competing interests.

Given the often difficult situations that may arise during an administration, Jacquie shows empathy to all internal and external stakeholders whilst providing solutions to complex issues.

Throughout Jacquie’s career, she has built strong relationships with industry leaders including working with major financiers, solicitors, auctioneers and accountants.
