Jason Goh

Jason Goh is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Business Transformation & Strategy practice. Mr. Goh supports clients in the mining sector to deliver value creation, operational improvement and transformation programmes across commodities, assets and asset-intensive industries. His work focuses on enhancing productivity, improving capital effectiveness and aligning strategy, operations, people, processes and governance to drive measurable impact.

Mr. Goh has experience across the full deal, capital and operating lifecycle, from buy-side due diligence and feasibility studies through to operational readiness, value chain optimisation and end-to-end transformation delivery. His projects have spanned mining, infrastructure, resources and industrial assets, where he identifies value creation opportunities, diagnoses performance constraints and translates improvement initiatives into executable programmes.

Mr. Goh is a Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Com. in Commerce from the University of Queensland. He also holds certification in Kepner Tregoe Project Management.
