Jennifer French

Jennifer French co-leads FTI Consulting’s global AI strategy, focusing on integrating AI within the firm and expanding its commercial impact. With a strong background in corporate finance, restructuring and business transformation, Jennifer partners with senior leadership to align AI with business needs and drives firmwide adoption and culture change.

Previously, Jennifer served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Corporate Finance & Restructuring at FTI Consulting. In this capacity, she worked with executive leadership to establish and grow the Business Transformation & Transactions practice, achieving annual revenue growth of 18% to 22% over seven years, and expanding the global practice to more than 1,200 professionals. Her leadership extended to partnerships with Finance, Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing and Talent Development to execute strategic initiatives and growth priorities.

Prior to this role, Jennifer spent 16 years in financial and operational restructuring, including her position as Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Restructuring practice in New York. She specialized in maximizing client recoveries in major bankruptcies, such as Lehman Brothers. Her career also includes experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in corporate finance and restructuring, with international assignments in Melbourne and London, where she contributed to significant engagements, including Enron.
