Jorge Rossini

Jorge Rossini is a Managing Director in the Construction, Projects & Assets practice within the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment. With extensive experience in managing capital expenditure (“CapEx”) projects and turnarounds, Jorge has led cases across Latin America, Asia and the United States. He brings 40 years of experience in project management, 25 years in leading engineering and construction projects and 15 years as a consultant.

As a project director, Jorge has successfully managed more than 40 large-scale projects across Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia, Peru, Vietnam and the United States. These projects, valued at more than $500 million each, span a variety of industries, including oil and gas, mining, petrochemical, food and beverage and amusement parks, among others.

In his consulting role, Jorge develops methodologies for planning, cost management and project management using system tools. His approach emphasizes achieving performance goals on-time and within budget while simultaneously addressing issues, such as low productivity, enhancing workplace safety and maintaining organizational standards. Additionally, Jorge has developed a methodology to prevent accidents and reduce waste in construction projects, which earned recognition from the Regional Labor Departments in Sergipe and São Paulo.

Throughout his career, Jorge has worked with various types of project management software, including Primavera, Unifier, EcoSys, Contract Manager, Prism, Hard Dollar, SAP PS and others. He is particularly proficient in the Primavera Suite, which he has used for more than 25 years.
