Julia Phillips

Julia Phillips is a Senior Managing Director in the FTI Consulting Strategic Communications segment and is based in London within the Life Sciences team.

Ms. Phillips has been focusing on PR and communications within the life sciences industry since 1992 when she joined a UK biotechnology company to work on fund-raising and IPO preparations. In 1995 she joined Noonan Russo (now part of EURO RSCG Life) to head the London office building European life science business for this leading specialist agency. During this time she worked on a number of IPO's and other transactions that were, in many cases, firsts for the industry. Ms. Phillips joined FTI Consulting in 2004.

Prior to this Ms. Phillips worked within the equities sales team at Bear Stearns. Her career began in business marketing within the CAD/CAM industry.
