Julien Nathan has more than 20 years of experience supporting industrial and technology companies through transformation, growth and value creation.

With a global background in Europe, Asia and the United States, as well as expertise in both corporate and top-tier consulting roles, Julien specializes in strategy, operational performance, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, post-merger integration and operational restructuring.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Julien led corporate development and transformation initiatives at Soitec and spent nearly 20 years in leading consulting firms such as Roland Berger and AlixPartners.
