Leandro Nunes

Leandro Nunes is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting in the London Transaction Services practice within the Corporate Finance segment. Mr. Nunes specialises in providing financial due diligence to private equity clients, with a focus on large and mid-cap leveraged buyouts.

Mr. Nunes has more than nine years of experience in transaction services and financial analysis and has worked extensively with private equity clients on buy-side, sell-side and refinancing processes, including carve-outs, platform deals, mergers, bolt-ons and public-to-private transactions.

Mr. Nunes has advised Five Arrows, PSG Equity, Providence Equity Partners, Sun Capital, Carlyle, CVC and TDR Capital across a wide range of industries, including education, travel and leisure, business services, industrials and telecom, media & technology.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Nunes was an associate at KPMG, working within the Lisbon transaction services practice.
