Lena Ahad

Lena Ahad supports global businesses wishing to deliver a consistent communication narrative across multiple geographies, developing communication strategies to boost brand awareness and educate target audiences. Lena has extensive experience integrating communications across industry influencers and internal and partner channels.

Lena specialises in setting up and managing a centralised agency hub network, thought leadership profiling and content development. Her sector specialism includes artificial intelligence ("AI"), digital transformation, Internet of Things ("IoT"), online safety, industrial and vertical industries, HR tech and disruptive technologies that aim to transform how organisations operate.

Lena has also worked on a number of digital transformation programmes, which have involved developing messages and integrating communication across multiple stakeholder groups such as internal and external talent communications, partner and channel communications, industry analysts and media.

Driving diversity and inclusion is a passion. Lena is a board trustee at the Taylor Bennett Foundation and provides external mentorship support to next-generation talent in the communications sector. Lena holds a B.A. with Honours in Social Policy and Sociology from The University of Sheffield.
