Lindsay Hallam

Lindsay Hallam is a Senior Managing Director in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring team at FTI Consulting. Lindsay has more than 14 years of experience providing restructuring and insolvency advice to corporates, lenders and sponsors in challenging and often distressed situations.

Lindsay has performed advisory services across a range of sectors, including construction, automotive, manufacturing and, most notably, retail, where she has led a number of high-profile restructurings and insolvencies.

Lindsay is an agile and highly-skilled leader and communicative with people at all levels within the organisation. She has often acted as a trusted board advisor, having had several corporate-side roles and secondments requiring her to work 'hand in hand' with executive management teams.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Lindsay was at PwC, where she led the insolvency and restructuring team in South of England and was responsible for designing the firm’s go-to-market business development strategy.

Lindsay is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
