Lisa Roller-Klarholz

Lisa Roller-Klarholz is an expert in change management, leadership development and organizational transformation. With a proven track record guiding organizations through complex transformations, Lisa specializes in ensuring business goals are achieved by aligning people strategies accordingly. Her experience includes post-merger integrations, carve-outs, strategy rollouts and cultural transformations.

Lisa collaborates closely with project management or transformation offices, human resources (“HR”) and communications specialists. Alongside these teams, she supports business leaders and employees in navigating periods of change and uncertainty effectively. She has successfully led initiatives in global, large-scale structures, as well as in department-specific set-ups, helping organizations achieve strategic milestones while minimizing disruption.

Lisa holds a M.A. in corporate communications from the University of Barcelona and a B.A. in tourism management from the University of Applied Sciences Kempten.
