Liz Lynch

Liz Lynch is a Senior Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications segment. Liz has supported executive teams through periods of transformation, regulatory scrutiny and other high-stakes events. She is highly experienced in crisis leadership, stakeholder engagement, corporate positioning and strategic campaigning.

Liz’s expertise spans issues and crises, regulatory investigations, government and regulatory matters, transactions, competition and policy reform, business turnarounds and situations where stakeholder pressure impacts commercial value. She has worked extensively across highly regulated sectors, particularly financial services, energy, water and consumer industries.

Liz began her career in Parliament and broadcast journalism before joining a global communications consultancy, where she became one of only five female partners. She later spent seven years in-house at a retail bank, playing a leading role in communications and stakeholder engagement and business strategy, during a period of significant transformation and public scrutiny. Before joining FTI Consulting, she worked at a strategic communications advisory firm, supporting clients facing some of their most complex and high-profile reputational challenges.
