Martijn Hulshof

Martijn Hulshof specialises in business support optimisation, integrations and carve-outs, and change management. Martijn works with organisations to achieve substantial and lasting transformation and change in different challenging environments. He has an entrepreneurial mindset, is people orientated and has a deep-rooted knowledge of organisational transformation.

Prior to its acquisition by FTI Consulting, Martijn was Partner and Lead for Strategy, Marketing & HR at BOLD. Preceding this role, he worked at KPMG, where he was the Transformation Lead and Workforce Optimisation (Analytics) Lead. In this position, Martijn was involved in multiple transformation engagements, both in the private and public sector. Prior to KPMG, he led an organisation specialised in outsourcing.

Martijn co-authored and published a management book called “Mastering Transformations” in 2018.
