Martijn Laarhoven

Martijn, who is based in the Netherlands, has a strong financial and strategic background, focusing on execution and getting the job done.

During his career, Martijn has developed a strong set of skills around financial executive management, stakeholder management, strategic development & implementation, business restructuring, financial analytics & improvement, and M&A.

Before joining BOLD, which FTI Consulting recently acquired, Martijin was a Partner at KPMG the Netherlands and Head of the Dutch Turnaround team. He has worked across different industries, including Consumer Goods (food and non-food) - retail & wholesale, Building & Construction, business services and waste management.

Martijn has been advising and assisting board of directors, supervisory boards, lenders and other stakeholders in various complex transformation and turnaround projects on financial, strategic and operational matters.
