Matt Esposto

Matt Esposto is a member of the Lender Services and Transactions groups. Mr. Esposto has assisted lending institutions, financial and strategic buyers, private equity investors and investment banks in more than 100 transactions, ranging in size from $10 million to more than $1 billion.

Mr. Esposto has extensive experience in securitization and asset-based lending in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, retail, automotive, healthcare, technology and energy. He has assisted with the initial due diligence of borrowers’ potential collateral and identification of ineligible assets.

Further, Mr. Esposto has provided monitoring services, including analyzing monthly reports and identifying ineligibles that were not currently specified in the loan or securitization documents. He has also assisted both strategic and financial buyers in evaluating acquisition opportunities, including analyses of historical operating results, working capital and quality of earnings assessments.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Esposto was an associate at CTS Capital Advisors, a transaction advisory firm located in Bethesda, MD. Mr. Esposto’s clients included various private equity firms and lending institutions.
